Though the peninsula of historic downtown Charleston is only about 8 square miles, it encompasses a rich tapestry of varying boroughs within that small footprint, each characterized by a different feature or trait while still possessing the common thread of historic preservation. Home to some of the best shopping and dining in the world, this sophisticated city is also known for it's abundance of unspoiled antebellum architecture and unmistakable southern hospitality.

"Josie stuck with us."

The house we purchased had multiple offers and Josie worked with both us and the sellers to successfully negotiate a contract and get us the house. It was an older home, so we hit several roadblocks during the contract period, particularly regarding recently changed flood insurance regulations, and Josie stuck with us (and our house) when most other agents would have thrown in the towel and let the deal fall apart. Although it took a lot of work, we were able to successfully address all issues and close on time and we couldn't be happier with our experience and home!

"She is a gem in the real estate world."

When relocating to the Charleston area from out of state, Josie helped us narrow down the area that was best suited for our family on a short notice time frame. We opted for a rental home at the time, because we wanted to get to know the area better before we purchased a home. A year later, Josiehelped us purchase our first home which is within two miles from our rental home.

She was able to pin-point the house and location of exactly what we needed and wanted for our family - even with a high list of "must haves" and "can't haves". She was professional, timely, responsive to all of our needs. Josie helped us relocate to the Charleston area, as well as some of our family. I truly feel that she a gem in the real estate world!
